SPECIAL OLYMPICS
The Special Olympics World Games is a major event put on by the Special Olympics committee. The World Games alternate between summer and winter games, in two-year cycles, recurring every fourth year.
The 2019 World Summer Games were held in Abu Dhabi. Over 7,000 athletes from over 170 countries came to compete in a series of sports, as well as a variety of initiatives and activities held across the seven Emirates.
VK Exhibitions was awarded to do the grand finale stage setup for the event.
